Hi, I'm Luke. sometimes known as Lenlow. That's me on the left there, about 5 years ago. Hey, redesigning websites is a pain. Anyhoo, I live in Boston. I do computer stuff for a living. My hobbies include making mashups and playing them out live. Go over to my music page for that stuff. Or hang out here and listen to me blog. Since most of my free time is music-oriented, that tends to be what I blog about. You've been warned.

Happy weekend, everybody! To celebrate, I give you Townsend's rendition of "Pour Some Sugar On Me". Now isn't that fun?

A spine-tingling thing just happened. I'm listening to a German internet radio station right now: Rundfunk. The DJ is a GYBOer named Reeto, and I've been tuning in to his sets the past couple of weeks... and just now he played Sweet Child O Ravi! That was a pleasant surprise, boy howdy.

That reminds me... I believe Katie was planning to record some a capellas tonight, because some DJ's have requested songs from her. Hopefully that goes well, cuz a couple of these guys are GOOD. One has a record deal. Wish her luck.

Today's a good day. I only have to work four hours because I pulled a noon to midnight shift last night. Super-big project is now over. Ahhh.

AND, get this, I got a free coffee at Dunkin Donuts this morning because I realized I was out of cash, but they know me there.

Ahhhhh....... the work week is over. And it was a rough one. Time to get some good sleep before our big ultimate frisbee tournament the next two days.

But first... check out this super-cool game: A Murder of Scarecrows.

Reallllllly looking forward to "The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou". Peep the trailer.

Last night I mixed Katie's "Little By Little" with The Roots' "Thought At Work" and got this. I call it "A Little Thought". Haven't had a chance to put it on my music page yet.

Hey y'all, Menlow's finally back on the interweb... check out his new blog at InfinitelyTortuous.com.

Speaking of relatives on the interweb, my uncle Tom's band has an excellent-looking site: TheDistractions.com. That's their name. TheDistractions.com. No wait, it's just The Distractions. You can even play samples from their tunes... I wish I had something like that.

Speaking of artwork for mashups, there's this dude from the Netherlands named Pheugoo who just suddenly appeared on the GYBO scene and asked people if they wanted some artwork for CDs, mashups, anything. And to our pleasant surprise he is awesome! He knocked off a couple for me, and they're beautiful! Check out Sweet Child O Ravi and Last Night!

Huzzah! I recently acquired the a capellas of Katie's studio recordings, and they sound awesome. I shared them with a bunch of mixers, mashers, DJ's, etc. and some of them have begun to create! This is very fun. The 'pellas are kinda hard to work with because of their bluesy nature, but there shouod be some good stuff as a result.

Check out exhibit A, from Jet Set Alex: Katie's "Something to Talk About" mixed with AC/DC's "Back in Black". He even went the extra distance and came up with some cover art! (Click on it to get the mp3.)

The puzzles on this site are very difficult, and most require the use of a good spreadsheet program in order to solve them. It will take many hours, perhaps days, to solve each puzzle. They are intended for people with a degree in math, or those capable of attaining one.

Hmm, I wonder if Matt would enjoy this sort of thing.

Neato... a camera mounted on the Atlantis space shuttle as it launches. Wish it had gone on longer though.

Everyone check out my revamped Music page. There are two new notable additions: my brother and my sister.

Katie finally got into a recording studio to record four demo songs, backed by Uncle Tom's band. So there's finally a quality recording of her on the interweb! Tell your friends... especially if they are in high places. Katie's looking for a singing gig. Preferably Chicago or Boston. Yeah, Boston.

Matt moved in with me last weekend... so that's cool. He's been playing around with the same sequencing and editing software I have, and surprise surprise, he's got crazy mad skillz. His debut single "No More Pressure" is now available.

Go Team Enlow!

I like it when people visit my site. But for some reason it gets really old when I visit my traffic-tracking thing and half of the referrers are a Google image search for "liger". For some reason the first result is a photo I took in 2001... I wonder how many people are downloading it or linking to it? Without my permission, I might add... can I sue somebody? I mean, it was a lot of hard work and talent that went into that shot, making it the quintessential liger photo. Should I sell autographed photos? Posters? T-shirts?
